All returns must be authorized and approved before returning product by your sales team member.

We will issue credit once product is received in good order by our warehouse.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.

In the event you require to exchange your product for another due to an error in ordering, please contact our customer service team and we will be happy to exchange your product for you. Customer service will then inform you of return shipping instructions.
